Cinch is a digital home theater system that consists of "three primary components including the server, display, and handheld."

Each component serves a specific function; the Server manages in-home storage, processing and organization, the Display is the interface for accessing content, and the Handheld offers storage, processing, and display of in-home content away from the home.
